Poll Marketing is a new marketing strategy that allows companies to use the poll format to market their products to their customers.
There are 2 types of poll marketing: Internal poll marketing and external poll marketing.
Internal poll marketing uses the poll format to simply list out some of the key attributes of a company and then allows the customer to choose which attribute they like best. This creates an instant form of communication between the company and the customer, while also generating key marketing data from the customer-base.
External poll marketing uses the poll format in a more general manner –by allowing the company to compare itself to other companies in the same market.
