Of course being retarded excludes you from working... There's no rule against being fired for being stupid. Nothing says that the NFL has to wait until this idiot is convickted to punish him in any way they see fit. (And yes, I know how I spelled it...)

plus, the NFL has murderers on its payroll, if i remember right there is a defensive lineman from the vikings that killed a woman while driving drunk, and he still plays
